STephen iacovo, Esq.

Stephen Iacovo is an Associate in the Restructuring Group at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago. Stephen graduated with a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2016. During Law School, Stephen served as the Director of the Servicemembers and Veterans Legal Assistance Project, and following graduation he served as a Public Interest Law Initiative Fellow at the Center for Economic Progress Tax Clinic for the summer of 2016. Prior to Law and Business School, Stephen served as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army for four years. Stephen’s military service included a combat deployment to Kandahar Province, Afghanistan in 2011-2012 as an Infantry Company and Battalion Fire Support Officer, as well as an assignment with Joint Task Force – Bravo in Central America in 2012-2013. Stephen earned his Commission through Army ROTC at the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance and a supplemental major in History in 2009.

Stephen is a member of MAP's Finance Committee.
